The story of our logo is inspired by a Xhosa saying 'Wawa umThi Omkhulu'.
Meaning the big tree has fallen.
This refers to a phenomenal Women that passes on and is laid to rest.
As we gathered to wish Lucy Nocawe.
NomzwamaKenke Nqakaza Kenke, goodbye on the 13th of January 2018. Many stood and ended praising her with this saying. " Wawa umThi omkhulu."
We have risen her tree with branches of wisdom, leaves of resilience and fruit of purpose-driven lives.
